Documentation Session

The findings of this study confirm that sentence structure within the legal system possesses a consistent and adaptive organizational logic, despite its complexity. Syntactic complexity in legal language is seen as a necessity to ensure certainty, accuracy, and avoid the potential for multiple interpretations. Theoretically, this research offers a two-dimensional analytical model for legal sentences. Practically, the results are expected to provide a linguistic basis for reformulating legal language to make it more communicative without compromising its legal authority.
