HIMAGTER Delegates Students to the 2026 Unhas KBKM Event, Successfully Reaching the Semifinals
The Animal Husbandry Agribusiness Student Association (HIMAGTER) participated in the 2026 Student Critical Thinking Competition (KBKM) at Hasanuddin University by delegating several of its top students to compete in debate and critical thinking.
The 2026 KBKM provided a platform for students to hone their analytical, argumentative, and problem-solving skills through various issues and case studies that required objective, logical, and solution-oriented thinking. In this competition, participants were challenged to present their ideas systematically and critically before a panel of judges.
The HIMAGTER delegation that participated in the competition consisted of:
Dzulkifli Ilham (V046241001) – Class of 2024
Muh. Aswan (V046231004) – Class of 2023
Wasna (V046251020) – Class of 2025
The three students performed enthusiastically and demonstrated strong argumentative skills throughout the competition. Thanks to their teamwork, critical thinking skills, and strong argumentation, the HIMAGTER delegation advanced to the semifinals after defeating a team in the previous round.
This success is a proud achievement and demonstrates that Animal Husbandry Agribusiness students excel not only in academics and field practice, but also possess intellectual capabilities and competitiveness in scientific competitions and student debates.
Participation in the 2026 KBKM also demonstrates HIMAGTER's commitment to supporting student capacity development, particularly in enhancing critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. It is hoped that this experience will motivate other students to actively participate in various university- and national-level competitions.
With a spirit of collaboration and courage in competition, the HIMAGTER delegation is expected to continue to develop and bring honor to the Animal Husbandry Agribusiness Study Program and the Faculty of Vocational Studies at Hasanuddin University in various student achievement events.
