LABORATORIES
Master of Statistics Laboratory
Statistical Computing Laboratory (STK 208) is one of the facilities provided by the Department of Statistics for students to process and analyze data, including big data, as well as other purposes related to computing. This laboratory is equipped with hardware and software that support learning, research, and the development of statistical applications. Students can utilize this lab for:
-
Practicals for computation-based courses.
-
Data analysis using statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS, SAS).
-
Completing research, theses, or collaborative projects.
-
Conducting simulations and numerical experiments in statistics or other applied sciences.
In addition, this laboratory also supports training, workshops, and research activities for both lecturers and students, making it a center for developing computational competence in statistics.
