Socialization of Rice ATM by the Department of Electrical Engineering in Malino

On Monday, August 8, 2022, the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Hasanuddin University, held a community service activity themed “Rice ATM Socialization” to assist in the distribution of zakat, led by Azran Budi Arief, one of the lecturers at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Hasanuddin University. The activity was held in Parang Bugisi Village, Tinggi Moncong Sub-district, Gowa District. Approximately 20 villagers attended the event as participants in the socialization program. The community received training on the use of the Rice ATM, and at the end of the activity, each participant had the opportunity to practice using the Rice ATM directly. One of the sub-district representatives expressed strong support for the activity, noting that it not only provided knowledge about the use of the Rice ATM but also had the benefit of assisting them in the distribution of rice, whether it be Raskin rice or zakat distribution.
