Dr. Amril Hans Wins Prestigious Grant for Indonesian Collaborative Research 2025

One of the best lecturers from the Department of Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Hasanuddin University, Dr. Amril Hans, S.AP., MPA, MCE, has again made a proud achievement at the national level. He was selected as the recipient of the 2025 Indonesian Collaborative Research (RKI) Grant, a prestigious program from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology, Republic of Indonesia. The RKI program is part of the government's initiative to encourage strategic collaboration between the best universities in Indonesia, especially Legal Entity State Universities (PTN-BH). This research was carried out across institutions and multidisciplinary manner, involving research teams from Airlangga University and Surabaya State University. In the grant, Dr. Amril Hans collaborated in a research team chaired by Prof. Dr. Tika Widiastuti, M.Si (Airlangga University) together with Dr. Suci Megawati, M.SI (State University of Surabaya). The title of their research is: Holistic Model of Sustainability of Green Economy Halal Ecotourism Through the Interaction of Advanced Technology, Islamic Attribute and Government Policies". This research is designed to provide academic contributions as well as applicative solutions in the development of sustainable ecology-based halal tourism, with an innovative approach that combines technology, Islamic values, and public policy. This achievement is also tangible evidence of the intellectual capacity and active contribution of Hasanuddin University lecturers in a strategic and highly reputable national research network.
