Workshop on Mid-Semester Grade Entry Using the SIKOLA V2 Application
In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the academic grading process, the Master’s Program in Mathematics, Universitas Hasanuddin (UNHAS) organized a Workshop on Mid-Semester Grade Entry Using the SIKOLA V2 Application. The event was held at the Ballroom of the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) UNHAS, and was attended by all lecturers responsible for courses in the current semester.
The workshop was officially opened by Prof. Dr. Nurdin, S.Si., M.Si., Head of the Master’s Program in Mathematics, who emphasized in his remarks the importance of utilizing digital systems to support transparent and efficient academic management.
During the session, participants received technical guidance on how to log in, input assignment scores, quizzes, and midterm exam grades, as well as how to finalize grades in the SIKOLA V2 application. The enthusiasm of the participants was evident through the numerous questions and interactive discussions about optimizing the use of the system. The event concluded with an evaluation and Q&A session aimed at identifying potential technical challenges in the grading process.
Through this workshop, it is expected that all lecturers will gain a better understanding of the digital grading workflow and play an active role in supporting the university’s digital transformation toward a modern, effective, and accountable academic system.
