Registration for the Bachelor of Statistics Study Program

• Prospective participants are high school graduates or equivalent within the last three years of the current admission period (2023, 2024, 2025)
• Participants are not permitted to register for JSM Non-UTBK if:
  • they have been declared accepted through the SNBP Path
  • they have been declared accepted through the SNBT Path and have re-registered.

• The registration page is https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id from April 7 to June 5, 2025, at 4:00 PM WITA
• In the Prospective Student Registration/Data Verification menu, click Admission Path, select Mandiri JSM Non-UTBK;
• Enter the participant's Mobile Phone/WA Number;
• Enter the Participant's Name as it appears on the diploma;
• Click the Register button;
• Make the registration fee payment of Rp. 800,000,- through the designated bank from  April 7 to June 5, 2025, at 4:00 PM WITA;
• The Mobile Phone/WA Number serves as the User ID and the Access Code/PIN serves as the password printed on the payment receipt;
• Fill out the online form on the page https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id according to the specified schedule;
• On the Prospective Student Registration Login page: enter the participant's Mobile Phone Number as the username and enter the Access Code listed on the Payment receipt as the password;
• Participants who have paid and cannot log in with the access code from the bank can contact the Helpdesk number;
• Select Educational Level
• Select Study Program;.
• Fill in Biodata carefully.
• Printing of Exam ID Card on June 8 to 9, 2025
• Exam Materials: Academic Potential Test (Online), Psychological Test (Online), and Interview (Offline at Faculty/Study Program Choice 1)
• Network Connection Socialization June 11, 2025 
• Examination Implementation Date June 12 to 14, 2025
• Results Announcement on June 19, 2025
• Re-registration/Payment of Semester 1 UKT and IPI from June 20 to July 3, 2025

• Senior High School/Vocational High School/Islamic Senior High School EQUIVALENT that has a NISN and NPSN;
• Complete and correctly fill in student achievements on PDSS;
• Senior High School/Vocational High School/Islamic Senior High School EQUIVALENT with an A accreditation.

• Students who have a National Student Identification Number and graduated in 2025;
• Students from Senior High School/Vocational High School/Islamic Senior High School EQUIVALENT who have served as Student Council President for 1 period and proven by the Decree of Appointment as Student Council President (General Chairperson);
• Have a track record of achievements in academic and non-academic fields and proven by certificates/awards;
• Have report card grades for semesters 1 to 5 with a three-year study period or semesters 1 to 7 with a four-year study period with a minimum average score of 85.

• Open the registration page https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id from April 7 to May 30, 2025, at 4:00 PM WITA
• Select Registration Path --> Mandiri Student Council President;
• Enter Mobile Phone Number;
• Enter Name as per Diploma;
• Click Register/print registration invoice;
• Pay the registration fee for the Independent Student Council President Path of Rp. 200,000 through the designated bank from April 7 to May 30, 2025, at 4:00 PM WITA;
• ID Number (Mobile Phone) serves as User ID and Access Code/PIN serves as the password printed on the payment receipt;
• Register online on the page https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id from April 7 to May 30, 2025, at 11:25 PM WITA
• On the Login Form page: USERNAME enter the ID Number (Mobile Phone No. used when paying at the Bank) and PASSWORD enter the Access Code listed on the Payment receipt;
• Participants who have paid and cannot log in with the access code from the bank can send the payment proof to the helpdesk with the subject line verification ACCESS CODE Mobile Phone No. 08xxxxxxxxx (type the mobile phone number used when paying at the Bank);
• Select Educational Level: Undergraduate / Applied Undergraduate
• Select Study Program. The chosen study programs are all study programs except</strong >Medicine, Psychology, Veterinary Medicine, and Dentistry;
• Fill in Biodata carefully;
• Upload documents:
  • Latest 4x6 passport photo with blue background, wearing neat, white clothing, and without attributes (logo/emblem)
  • Identity Card (KTP);
  • Family Card (KK);
  • High School/EQUIVALENT Report Card (minimum average score of 85 and legalized by the School Principal);
  • Decree of Appointment as Student Council President (General Chairperson) ratified by the School Principal;
  • Biodata and activities during tenure as student council president known by the school principal (attach activity certificates/awards) compiled into one pdf file;
  • Submit an idea in a video format of 4-5 minutes duration and write the Essay video link on the registration page. The topic/idea is "Building Collaborative Leadership Spirit at Unhas" How has your experience as student council president helped you build collaboration between student organizations at Unhas to create a more harmonious and productive campus environment?;
  • Certificate/Award for academic and non-academic achievements ratified by the School Principal;
  • Parent/Guardian Income Statement
  • Photo of parents' residence
  • scan of Electricity Bill payment for the last 2 months
  • Scan of Registration Fee Proof
• Print the Form;
• Printing of Exam ID Card is done after document verification and declared valid by the New Student Admission Committee on June 2, 2025
• Carefully read the information on the Exam ID Card regarding the day, date, time, and selection exam materials;
• Participants who have paid the registration fee but do not register online according to the schedule are declared disqualified and the registration fee is non-refundable;
• Participants proven to have uploaded invalid documents are declared disqualified
• Document Verification from April 8 to June 1, 2025;
• Printing of Exam ID Card on June 2, 2025
• Exam Material: Interview on June 3 to 4, 2025 (Online)
• Selection results announcement on June 11, 2025
• UKT Verification on June 12 to 14, 2025
• Re-registration for semester 1 UKT payment from June 16 to July 3, 2025.

• Tuition fee (UKT) is based on the income of the Parents/Guardians

• Registered as a UTBK exam participant during the current admission period and chose one of the study programs at Hasanuddin University (see UTBK participant ID card);
• Participants are not permitted to register for JSM UTBK if:
  1. they have been declared accepted through the SNBP Path;
  2. they have been declared accepted through the SNBT Path.

Study Program Choices

1. Participants can choose 2 (two) study programs;
2. The chosen study programs may be different from the choices made during SNBT-UTBK.

1. The registration page is https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id; open from May 29 to June 12, 2025, at 4:00 PM WITA
2. In the Prospective Student Registration/Data Verification menu, Click Admission Path, select Independent Selection UTBK;
3. Enter the UTBK Participant Number;
4. Enter the National Student Identification Number (NISN);
5. Enter the National School Identification Number (NPSN);
6. Click the Register button;
7. Make the registration fee payment through the designated bank at the specified time;
8. User ID is the UTBK participant number preceded by the number 4 </strong >serves as the username and the Access Code/PIN serves as the password printed on the payment receipt from the bank or enter date of birth (two digits) month of birth (two digits) year of birth (four digits), example: if date of birth is April 1, 2007, then the password: 01042007;
9. Fill out the online form on the page https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id on the specified date;
10. On the Prospective Student Registration Login page, username enter User ID </strong >and password ;
11. Participants who have paid and cannot log in with the access code from the bank can contact the Helpdesk number;
12. Select Educational Level;
13. Select Study Program;
14. Fill in Biodata carefully;
15. Ensure the WA number filled in the Biodata is correct and active (this number will be used by the Committee to contact participants to join the Exam Room);
16. Upload required documents in the form of:
    • Scan of the latest Passport photo with blue background, wearing neat, white clothing, and without attributes (logo/emblem);
    • Scan of Identity Card (KTP);
    • Scan of Family Card (KK);
    • Scan of Diploma / Scan of Graduation Certificate (SKL);
    • Scan of Registration Fee Payment Proof;
17. Print the Form;
18. Document Verification by the Committee according to the specified schedule;
19. Print the exam ID card in color on A4 paper by clicking the Validation Results menu on  June 14, 2025
20. Network connection socialization June 16, 2025
21. The exam will be held on June 17, 2025

23. Re-registration/payment of Semester 1 UKT on June 27 to July 4, 2025.
