VISION AND MISSION
VISION
Bachelor Program in Biology (BPB) vision is to excel in the study and development of biology in the framework of sustainable management and utilisation of biological resources and the environment based on maritime continent of Indonesia in 2030. This vision is achieved through BPB’s mission on the Tri-Dharma’s including education, research and community service of higher education to fulfil BPB’s goals.

MISSION
The mission of Bachelor Program in Biology (BPB) Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Hasanuddin:
1. Conducting Biology education to produce competitive maritime-based graduates.
2. Conducting biological and laboratory-based research as the foundation for the development of biology and its application for biological resource management and environmental conservation based on the Indonesian maritime continent.
3. Conducting community service activities to develop and utilise biological and environmental resources to improve community welfare and environmental conservation based on the Indonesian maritime continent.
