VISION AND MISSION OF THE GEOPHYSICS MASTER'S STUDY PROGRAM

To become a leading and reliable higher education institution in the development of Geophysics science, technology, arts, and culture (IPTEKSBUD) for exploration, natural resource governance, and disaster risk mitigation based on the Indonesian Maritime Continent (IMC).

1. To deliver high-quality master’s education to produce graduates who are professional, independent, and adaptive to the advancement of science, technology, arts, and culture in geophysics.
2. To develop innovative research and reputable scientific publications that support the advancement of geophysical science and its application in exploration and disaster mitigation.
3. To apply geophysical knowledge in natural resource management, regional development, and disaster risk reduction within the Indonesian Maritime Continent.
4. To establish  and strengthening expert networks with national and international partners synergistically to accelerate scientific development.
5. To disseminate research results, applied studies, and appropriate technologies to enhance community capacity and support geophysics-based productive activities
