REGISTRATION FOR MASTERS PROGRAM (S2) STAGE 1 FINAL SEMESTER PERIOD 2025/2026
  1. The study programs offered can be viewed on the page https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id under the Study Program menu.
  2. Before making the registration fee payment, ensure that you meet all requirements, as the Registration Fee is non-refundable.
  3. Registration Fee: Rp. 750,000,-
  4. Registration fee payment through the designated bank starts from 28 November 2025 to 15 January 2026 at 16.00 WITA
  5. Online form completion from 28 November 2025 to 15 January 2026 at 23.59 WITA on the page https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id
  6. Document Verification from 29 November 2025 to 16 January 2026
  7. Exam Card Printing on 16 – 17 January 2026
  8. Network Connectivity Orientation on 19 January 2025 (1 hour before the exam begins)
  9. Online Examination on 20 – 22 January 2026
  10. Exam Materials:
    • Academic Potential Test (TPA)
    • English Proficiency Test (EPT)
    • Field of Study Test
    • Interview
  11. Announcement of Exam Results on 28 January 2026 via each participant’s online account.
  12. Re-registration / Payment of Semester I Tuition Fee from 29 January 2026 – 6 February 2026
  13. The Letter of Acceptance (LoA) can be downloaded through each participant’s account on the Download LoA menu
Khusus Jalur Thematic Research Group (TRG):
Registration Procedure:
  1. Ensure you meet all requirements before making the registration fee payment, as the fee is non-refundable.
  2. Registration page: https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id
  3. Select Admission Track → Choose Independent S2 / Independent S2 Regular Research Track / Independent S2 TRG Track
  4. Enter your Mobile Phone Number
  5. Enter your Name without academic titles
  6. Click Register / Print Registration Billing
  7. Click the payment procedure (Mobile Banking, ATM, Teller)
  8. Pay the registration fee of Rp.750,000 through the designated bank from 28 November 2025 to 15 January 2026 at 16.00 WITA
  9. The mobile phone number serves as the ID and the Access Code/Pin serves as the password printed on the bank receipt.

  15. On the Login Form: USERNAME is the ID Number (Phone Number used during payment) and PASSWORD is the Access Code / Pin printed on the bank payment receipt.
  16. For participants who have paid but cannot log in with the bank access code, contact the Helpdesk and send proof of payment via WhatsApp: 082194165656, 085343991587.

  19. Carefully fill in your Biodata
  20. Upload documents:
    • Recent colored passport photo (red background, no logo/attribute on clothing)
    • KTP (Identity Card)
    • Bachelor’s Degree Certificate
    • Bachelor’s Transcript
    • Accreditation of Prior Study Program / Institution (S1 level), may be screenshot from BAN-PT website.
    • Draft of thesis research plan (maximum 10 pages, A4 size, Times New Roman, 12 pt font, 1.5 spacing): including introduction, problem formulation, research method, and expected results.
    • Statement letter declaring not enrolled in any other study program and not Drop Out from Hasanuddin University. Download template: Statement Letter
    • Proof of registration payment
  21. Exam Card Printing is available after document verification by the Admission Committee and once declared eligible, on 16 – 17 January 2026
  22. Print the exam card in color on A4 paper through the Validation Results / Print Card menu.
  23. The printed exam card must be shown to the Exam Supervisor before the exam begins (attendance check).
  24. Carefully read the exam card information regarding exam date, time, and exam material.
  25. Participants who have paid but do not complete online registration on schedule will be declared disqualified and the registration fee is non-refundable.
EXAM IMPLEMENTATION

The exam will be carried out online with the following conditions:

  • Participants print their exam cards according to the exam card printing schedule.
  • Participants prepare their computers/laptops 
  • Participant's HP Link with Zoom.
  • The position of the participant's cellphone camera is directed at the computer monitor and the participant  
  • Make sure you have good internet access at your respective locations.
  • Log in with your respective account on the page https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id
  • Participants must be ready 1 hour before the exam starts.
  • The time used is Central Indonesian Time (WITA)
  • Monitoring/Attendance of Exam Participants via Zoom (must activate Audio and Phone Camera during the exam) 
  • Zoom ID and Password will be provided before the exam starts
  • A network connection simulation will be conducted one day before the exam and is mandatory for all participants.
  • The Exam Supervisor will contact participants to join the WA Exam Room Group before the network connection socialization is carried out, contact the helpdesk if participants have not been included in the WA Exam Room group.
