Registration for Master's Program (S2) Phase 3 for the Final Semester of the 2025/2026

Requirements: 

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited study program or accredited higher education institution with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • A Certificate of Graduation (SKL) is permitted provided that a copy of the original diploma must be submitted to the PMB Committee before the re-registration deadline. Confirmation via WhatsApp numbers: 082194165656, 085343991587.
  • Please ensure that the selected admission pathway is correct, as changing pathways is not allowed after the issuance of the Graduation Announcement Decree
  • Must have never been declared Drop Out (DO) from Hasanuddin University at the same level of education 

Registration Schedule

  • Before making the registration fee payment, ensure that you meet all requirements because the registration fee is non-refundable, Registration Fee IDR 750,000,-
  • Registration fee payment through the designated bank from January 29 to February 5, 2026 at 16.00 WITA
  • Online form completion from January 29 to February 5, 2026 at 23.59 WITA on the website https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id
  • Document verification from January 29 to February 6, 2026
  • Printing of Exam Card on February 6, 2026
  • Network Connection Socialization February 7, 2026 (1 hour before the exam)
  • Online Examination on February 7 & 9, 2026
  • Exam Subjects: 
    • Academic Potential Test (TPA)
    • English Proficiency Test (EPT)
    • Field of Study
    • Interview
  • Announcement of Exam Results on February 11, 2026 online through each participant’s account.
  • Re-registration / Payment of Semester I Tuition from February 11 to 13, 2026.
  • Letter of Acceptance (LoA) can be downloaded through each account in the Download LoA menu
Requirements
  • Prospective master’s program students must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited study program or higher education institution
  • A Certificate of Graduation (SKL) is permitted provided that a copy of the original diploma must be submitted to the PMB Committee before the re-registration deadline.
  • Must have never been declared Drop Out (DO) from Hasanuddin University at the same level of education.
  • Specifically for the Master’s Program in Nursing, a Nurse Registration Certificate (STR) is required.
Registration Procedure
  1. Ensure that you meet all requirements before making the registration fee payment, as the registration fee is non-refundable.
  2. Registration website https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id  
  3. Select Admission Pathway --> choose Independent S2 / Independent S2 Regular Research Track / Independent S2 TRG Track
  4. Enter your Mobile Phone Number
  5. Enter your Name without academic title
  6. Click Register / Print Registration Bill
  7. Click  payment procedures (Mobile Banking, ATM, Teller)
  8. Pay the registration fee of IDR 750,000 (seven hundred fifty thousand rupiah) through the designated bank from January 29 to February 5, 2026 at 16.00 WITA
  9. The mobile phone number functions as the ID and the Access Code / PIN Code functions as the password printed on the bank payment receipt

  15. On the Login Form page: USERNAME enter the ID Number (mobile phone number used during payment) and PASSWORD enter the Access Code / PIN Code shown on the payment receipt
  16. For participants who have paid but cannot log in using the bank access code, please contact the Helpdesk and send proof of payment via WhatsApp numbers: 082194165656, 085343991587.

  19. Carefully complete the biodata
  20. Upload documents:
    • Latest color passport photo (red background, attire without attributes/logos)
    • National ID Card (KTP)
    • Bachelor’s Diploma (S1)
    • Bachelor’s Transcript (S1)
    • Accreditation of the originating study program / higher education institution (Bachelor’s level) may be screenshotted from the BAN-PT website.
    • Draft thesis research proposal (maximum 10 pages, A4 size, Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 spacing), consisting of introduction, problem formulation, research methodology, and expected results;
    • Statement letter declaring not being registered as a student in any study program and not having Drop Out status at Hasanuddin University. Download format Statement Letter
    • Proof of registration fee payment
  21. Printing of the Exam Card is carried out after document verification by the New Student Admission Committee and once declared eligible, on February 6, 2026;
  22. Print the exam card in color on A4 paper by clicking the Validation Results / Print Card menu. 
  23. The printed color Exam Card must be shown to the Exam Supervisor before the exam begins (exam attendance) 
  24. Carefully read the information on the Exam Card regarding the exam day, date, time, and subjects;
  25. Participants who have paid the registration fee but do not complete the online registration according to the schedule will be declared disqualified and the registration fee will not be refunded.
Examination Implementation

The examination will be conducted online under the following conditions:

  • Participants must print the exam card according to the exam card printing schedule
  • Participants must prepare a computer/laptop 
  • Participants’ mobile phones must be connected to Zoom.
  • The participant’s mobile phone camera must be directed toward the computer monitor and the participant 
  • Ensure a stable internet connection at each respective location
  • Log in using your respective account on the website https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id
  • Participants must be ready 1 hour before the exam begins
  • The time used is Central Indonesia Time (WITA)
  • Monitoring/attendance of exam participants via Zoom (audio and mobile phone camera must be activated throughout the exam) 
  • Zoom ID and Password will be provided before the exam begins
  • Network connection simulation will be conducted one day before the exam and must be attended by all participants.
  • The Exam Supervisor will contact participants to join the Exam Room WhatsApp Group before the network connection socialization. Contact the helpdesk if the participant has not been added to the Exam Room WhatsApp Group.
