Vision & Mission — MAGISTER TEKNIK PERTAMBANGAN

The vision of the Master's Programme in Mining Engineering is derived from the vision of Hasanuddin University, with an emphasis on the Indonesian Maritime Continent, and from the vision of the Faculty of Engineering, which focuses on Engineering for Global Sustainability. At the programme level, this vision is translated into the advancement of knowledge and engineering to support a sustainable mining industry.

To cultivate graduates with strong moral integrity and a high level of adaptability to global changes in the sustainable mining industry.
To deliver innovative educational activities that promote the sustainable management of mineral resources, particularly those associated with marginal deposits.
To develop exploration and exploitation methods for the provision of raw materials required for advanced materials.
To actively contribute to the development of engineering innovations through collaboration with institutions and organisations related to the mining industry.
