Program Educational Objectives (PEO)
The Program Educational Objectives (PEO) of the Bachelor Program in Mathematics (BPM) are formulated as follows:
PEO 1. | Graduates are able to assist in teaching roles at universities and research institutes, possess a comprehensive understanding of mathematical sciences, and are capable of further developing this knowledge through advanced studies; |
PEO 2. | Graduates are able to carry out research tasks under the supervision of senior staff, demonstrating a sound mastery of mathematical research methods applicable to problem-solving within their field of expertise; |
PEO 3. | Graduates are able to identify the root causes of problems, whether within the field of mathematics or in other disciplines, and to analyze and formulate strategic solutions to those problems; |
PEO 4. | Graduates are qualified to apply mathematical methods across various sectors, including industry, services, and government institutions; |
PEO 5. | Graduates are equipped with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to model and solve complex problems. They communicate effectively, act ethically, and adapt to new challenges, enabling them to make informed, responsible, and strategic decisions. |
