Makassar, November 25, 2025 — The Department of Archaeology, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Hasanuddin University, held an information session on the SIPANTAU (Final Project Monitoring Information System) for all students. The event was held online via Zoom and featured speaker Riska Faradilla Nazar, S.S., M.Hum., with opening remarks by the Head of the Department, Dr. Yadi Mulyadi.

SIPANTAU is a digital platform designed to assist students throughout the thesis completion process, from submitting thesis titles, receiving guidance, collecting administrative clearance letters, to registering for exams and thesis defenses. Access to the application can be done via sipantau.unhas.ac.id or sso.unhas.ac.id, using the Neosia account for students and the UNHAS SSO account for faculty members.

In her presentation, Riska Faradilla emphasized the importance of utilizing SIPANTAU as a means of transparency, efficiency, and academic accountability. Students were encouraged to actively utilize the system's features so that the final assignment process runs smoothly and is well documented.

Dr. Yadi Mulyadi said that this socialization is part of the Department of Archaeology's commitment to strengthening digital literacy and supporting students in completing their studies in an orderly and focused manner.

"SIPANTAU is not just a system, but a reflection of our commitment to maintaining academic integrity and clarity," said Yadi.

This activity was met with great enthusiasm from students, who asked questions and shared their experiences related to the final assignment process. With this socialization, it is hoped that Unhas Archaeology students will be more prepared and confident in embarking on the final stage of their studies.
