SDGs Center Universitas Hasanuddin

It was inaugurated on February 12, 2019 by the Minister of National Development Planning, Prof. Dr. Bambang P.S Brodjonegoro.  The SDGs Center Unhas is a center for SDGs development in the Eastern Indonesia region to assist the Indonesian government in achieving 17 goals, 169 targets and 241  indicators of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In particular, the SDGs Center aims to alleviate poverty and inequality and improve the quality of life in the Indonesian Maritime Continent (BMI) based on science, technology, and innovation.

Programs and Activities Related to the SDGs That Have Been Carried Out:

  • Assistance in the Making of RAD in Southeast Sulawesi and North Maluku (2019-2020)
  • Seminar and Dissemination of Higher Education Assistance Agreements in Efforts to Reduce Stunting in City Districts (2019)
  • Launch of Stunting Center (2019)
  • Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on Climate Change with Rachmat Witoelar dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on Gender and Development with Erna Witoelar (2019)
  • Workshop on Strengthening Institutions (2019)
