To support academic excellence and the smooth progress of research, the Doctoral Program in Indonesian Literature is supported by a variety of outstanding facilities within the Faculty of Cultural Sciences (FIB) and Hasanuddin University. These facilities are designed to create a learning environment that is conducive, productive, and representative for postgraduate students.
The following are the main facilities available:
Postgraduate Lecture Rooms Comfortable, representative classrooms equipped with air conditioning and modern presentation devices to support an effective teaching and learning process.

Library and Reading Rooms The Faculty of Cultural Sciences has several dedicated reading rooms (including Reading Rooms 1-5) that provide a collection of literature, theses, dissertations, and journals related to cultural sciences. Students also have full access to the Hasanuddin University Central Library.

Multimedia Laboratory A laboratory equipped with the latest computer hardware and software to support research related to digital humanities, computational linguistics, and media analysis.

Auditoriums and Seminar Rooms
Prof. Mattulada Hall: The faculty's main auditorium used for national/international seminars, doctoral promotion examinations (PhD vivas), and public lectures.


Senate Meeting Room: An executive meeting room for important academic meetings.

Hamzah Dg. Mangemba Meeting Room: A multipurpose meeting room for discussions, limited seminars, and workshops.

Postgraduate Administration Office An administrative service center dedicated to assisting postgraduate students with their academic and administrative needs.

Counseling Services The faculty provides a dedicated Counseling Room to support the mental and academic well-being of students.

Musala Al-Adab A clean and comfortable prayer facility (musala), available at several points within the faculty building, for the campus community.

Student Lounge and Discussion Areas Several Lounge areas and the Taman Sastra (Literature Garden) (an open-air area) are available, designed as informal communal spaces for students to discuss, socialize, or work independently.

Panggung Sastra (Literature Stage) An open-air stage dedicated to artistic and cultural expression, such as poetry readings, theater performances, and literary discussions.

Kantin Sastra (Sastra Cafeteria): Provides a variety of food and beverage options.

Parking Area: A spacious parking area, with separate sections for cars and motorcycles/bicycles.
