Re-Registration Procedure for SNBP Passers

Hasanuddin University 2025

Re-registration website: https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id is open from March 20 to April 11, 2025

  1. Login to the Login Form menu
    • User ID: enter your SNBP 2025 participant number
    • Password: enter your birth date (dd/mm/yyyy). Example: April 1, 2007 → 01042007
    • If login fails, send an email to regpmb@unhas.ac.id with the subject "Account Verification SNBP Number …" and attach proof of SNBP passing (screenshot)
  2. Carefully fill in your Personal Data (Biodata) in the main menu and click Save
  3. Click the Upload Documents menu and upload the required documents:
    • Scan of latest Passport Photo (blue background, white clothing, no accessories/logo)
    • Scan of Identity Card (KTP)
    • Scan of Family Card (KK)
    • Scan of Original Report Card (cover/legalization pages, grades semester 1–5 in one PDF)
    • Scan of Awards/Certificates (combined in one PDF if any)
    • Parental/guardian income statement (download Income Format Form)
    • Personal Annual Tax Return (Efilling) or attachment of Annual Tax Report for Individual Taxpayers. If none, fill in the declaration form stating no NPWP / no tax payment (Download Format Form)
    • Proof of Land and Building Tax (SPPT PBB). If not available, fill in declaration form stating no SPPT PBB (Download Format Form)
    • Statement of willingness to pay tuition if not selected as KIP-Kuliah recipient (Download Format Form)
    • Scan of electricity bills for the last two months
    • Scan 3 photos of your house (1. Front view, 2. Living room, 3. Kitchen) → combined in 1 PDF
    • Scan of KKS and/or KIP Kuliah/PKH card (for economically underprivileged students)
  4. Print the form and sign it on a IDR 10,000 stamp
  5. Send the documents via Post/Courier to:
    PMB Committee, Hasanuddin University 2025
    Rectorate Building 7th Floor, Unhas Tamalanrea Campus, Makassar 90245

    Deadline: April 14, 2025 (postmark). Direct submission to the committee is not allowed

Academic Document Verification & Tuition Verification

  1. Academic Verification: April 3–17, 2025 (online)
  2. Tuition/UKT Verification: April 7–22, 2025 (online)
  3. Participants log in at https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id to:
    • Download & print the Integrity Pact, sign it, then upload the signed file
    • Print Semester I Tuition/UKT Bill
  4. Tuition Payment: April 10 – May 2, 2025 via BNI Bank
    Payment instructions: BNI Wondr
  5. After paying, log in to print your Student ID Number (NIM)
  6. Course Registration (KRS) schedule available at https://neosia.unhas.ac.id
    Username: NIM, Password: access code on the tuition payment receipt

Important Dates

  • New student orientation: August 11–15, 2025
  • Student ID card collection at respective faculty: starting August 12, 2025
  • First Day of Classes Semester 2025/2026: August 18, 2025
