REGISTRATION

REGISTRATION FOR MASTER'S PROGRAM (S2) PHASE 3 FOR THE EARLY SEMESTER OF 2025/2026
  • Before making the registration fee payment, please ensure you meet the requirements as there will be no refund of the Registration Fee, which is IDR 750,000.  
  • Registration fee payments via the designated bank will be accepted from July 14 to July 23, 2025, at 4:00 PM WITA.
  • Online form filling from July 14 to 23, 2025, at 11:59 PM WITA on the website https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id.
  • Document verification from July 15 to 24, 2025.
  • Printing of exam cards on July 24, 2025.
  • Network Connection Briefing: July 25, 2025  
  • Online Exam: July 25–26, 2025  
  • Exam Materials: Academic Potential Test (TPA), English Proficiency Test (EPT), Field/Subject/Interview
  • Announcement of Exam Results on July 30, 2025 online through each participant's account.
  • Re-registration / Tuition Payment for Semester I from August 1 to 8, 2025.
  • Letter of Acceptance (LoA) can be downloaded through each account in the Download LoA menu.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
  1. Ensure you meet the requirements before paying the registration fee, as there are no refunds.
  2. Registration page https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id  
  3. Select Admission Pathway --> select Independent S2 / Independent S2 Regular Research Pathway / Independent S2 TRG Pathway
  4. Enter your mobile phone number (HP)  
  5. Enter your name without any titles  
  6. Click Register/Print Registration Invoice  
  7. Click Payment Methods (Mobile Banking, ATM, Teller)
  8. Pay the registration fee of IDR 750,000 (seven hundred fifty thousand rupiah) through the designated bank from July 12 to July 21, 2025, at 4:00 PM WITA
  9. The mobile phone number serves as the ID, and the Access Code/PIN serves as the password printed on the bank payment receipt

  14. Online registration on the website https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id from July 12 to 21, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. WITA 
  15. On the Login Form Page: For USERNAME, enter your ID Number (the mobile phone number used when making the payment) and for PASSWORD, enter the Access Code / PIN Code listed on the proof of payment.
  16. For participants who have paid but cannot log in with the access code from the bank, participants can contact the Helpdesk and send proof of payment to WA No.: 082194165656, 085343991587.

  19. Fill in your personal details carefully
  20. Uploading files :
    • Recent color passport photo (red background, clothing without attributes/logos)
    • ID card
    • Bachelor's degree certificate
    • Bachelor's degree transcript
    • Accreditation of the original study program/university (bachelor's degree level) can be screenshotted from the BAN PT website.
    • Draft thesis research plan (maximum 10 pages, A4 size, Times New Roman, font 12, 1.5 spacing), consisting of an introduction, problem formulation, research methods, and expected results;
    • Statement letter stating that you are not enrolled as a student in any study program and are not on dropout status at Hasanuddin University. Download Surat Pernyataan
    • Proof of registration payment
  21. Exam cards will be printed after the New Student Admissions Committee has verified the documents and declared them eligible, on July 25, 2025.;
  22. Print the exam cards in color on A4 paper by clicking the Validation Results/Print Card menu.
  23. The printed color exam cards must be shown to the exam supervisor before the exam begins (exam participant attendance).
  24. Carefully read the information on the exam card regarding the day, date, time, and exam material;
  25. Participants who have paid the registration fee but have not registered online according to the schedule will be disqualified, and the registration fee will not be refunded.
EXAM ADMINISTRATION

The exam will be conducted online with the following conditions:

  • Participants must print their exam cards according to the exam card printing schedule.
  • Participants must prepare a computer/laptop.
  • Participants' mobile phones must be linked to Zoom.
  • The camera on participants' mobile phones must be directed towards the computer monitor and participants.  
  • Ensure that you have a good internet connection at your respective locations.
  • Log in with their respective accounts on the page https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id/
  • Participants must be ready 1 hour before the exam begins
  • The time used is Central Indonesian Time (WITA)
  • Monitoring/attendance of exam participants via Zoom (audio and cell phone camera must be activated during the exam)
  • Zoom ID and password will be provided before the exam begins
  • A network connection simulation will be conducted one day before the exam and must be attended by all participants.  
  • Exam supervisors will contact participants to join the WhatsApp Exam Group Room before the network connection simulation. Contact the helpdesk if participants have not been added to the WhatsApp Exam Group Room.
