First Meeting of the Archaeology Study Programme Accreditation Task Force Team

Makassar, 4 March 2026 — The Department of Archaeology, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Hasanuddin University held the inaugural meeting of the Task Force for the Accreditation of the Bachelor's Degree (S1) Programme in Archaeology based on the Letter of Assignment from the Dean of FIB Unhas Number: 02765/UN4.1.15/KP.09.00/2026.

The meeting, which took place in the Archaeology Department Room, was chaired by the Task Force Team Leader, Dr. Yadi Mulyadi, S.S., M.A., and attended by all thematic working groups in accordance with the assignment structure.  

The main agenda of the meeting included:

• Formulation of the accreditation team's work strategy.  
• Division of tasks for each thematic working group.  
• Setting the timeline for the preparation of key documents, namely the Self-Evaluation Report (LED) and the Study Programme Performance Report (LKPS).  

In his remarks, the Task Force Chair emphasised the importance of collaboration, commitment, and timeliness in preparing accreditation documents. All team members are expected to work systematically and responsibly to support the achievement of the best accreditation for the Archaeology Study Programme at the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Hasanuddin University. 

This inaugural meeting marks a strategic first step in ensuring the Archaeology Study Programme is prepared for the reaccreditation process, while also strengthening the culture of quality and academic governance within the Faculty of Cultural Sciences at Hasanuddin University.
