The Archaeology Undergraduate Programme at the Faculty of Humanities, University of Hasanuddin, is finalising its accreditation documents through joint form-completion coaching with LAMSPAK assessors
The Archaeology Undergraduate Programme at the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Hasanuddin University (FIB Unhas), is strengthening the preparation of its accreditation documentation through a coaching session on the accreditation form. This coaching session took place in the FIB Unhas Senate Meeting Room on Tuesday, 25 August 2026, from 09.00 to 13.00 WITA. The session was attended by the entire accreditation task force team for the programme and featured an assessor from the Independent Accreditation Agency for Social, Political, Administrative and Communication Studies (LAMSPAK), Prof. Dr. Hj. Hasniati, S.Sos., M.Si.
The Faculty of Cultural Studies (FIB) at Hasanuddin University facilitated a coaching clinic on the preparation of accreditation documents for the Task Force on the Accreditation Form for the Archaeology Undergraduate Programme. On behalf of the faculty leadership, the event was opened and attended by the Deputy Dean for Planning and Resources (WD II) of FIB, Hasanuddin University, Dr Rosmawati, S.S., M.Si. This intensive session featured a keynote speaker, Prof. Dr. Hj. Hasniati, S.Sos., M.Si., who is an accreditation assessor for the Independent Accreditation Agency for Social, Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences (LAMSPAK). In addition to being recognised as a Professor in the field of Public Service Management, she currently also serves as Deputy Dean for Academic and Student Affairs at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), Hasanuddin University.
The event was attended in person by the entire members of the Task Force for the Archaeology Undergraduate Programme Accreditation Form at the Faculty of Humanities, University of Hasanuddin (Unhas). The coaching session focused on reviewing and analysing the form, as well as finalising the draft self-evaluation document to ensure it complies with the national quality standards set by LAMSPAK. The Head of the Archaeology Undergraduate Programme at the Faculty of Humanities, University of Hasanuddin, who also acts as Chair of the Task Force, expressed his appreciation for the support from the faculty leadership and the direct guidance from the resource persons.
“This mentoring session is a crucial milestone for us to ensure that all academic performance achievements, governance, and contributions to archaeological research are accurately reflected in the accreditation form. The in-depth guidance and feedback from Prof. Hasniati, as a LAMSPAK assessor, were crucial in providing an objective perspective to refine the documents prior to the final submission stage,” stated the Head of the Archaeology Undergraduate Programme.
During the coaching session, Prof. Dr. Hj. Hasniati, S.Sos., M.Si. provided strategic input regarding the strengthening of supporting documents, the alignment of quantitative and qualitative data, and the refinement of the self-evaluation narrative.
The full support of the FIB Unhas leadership, as demonstrated by the presence of Dr Rosmawati, S.S., M.Si., reaffirms the faculty’s commitment to ensuring continuous improvement in academic quality in order to achieve the highest accreditation status for the Archaeology Undergraduate Programme.
Through the faculty’s support and direct guidance from experienced experts, the Archaeology Undergraduate Programme at the Faculty of Humanities, University of Hasanuddin, is confident that it can complete the accreditation application documents on time and to the highest standard in order to achieve an ‘excellent’ accreditation rating.
