FIB Unhas E-Performance Application Completion Meeting
Makassar, October 10, 2025 – The Faculty of Cultural Sciences (FIB) of Hasanuddin University held a meeting regarding the E-Performance Application on Friday, October 10, 2025, in the Senate Meeting Room on the 2nd floor of the FIB Unhas. The meeting began at 9:00 a.m. WITA and was attended by the leadership and management of the FIB.
This meeting was attended by the Vice Deans, Chair and Secretary of GPM-PR, Heads of Departments/Study Programs for Undergraduate, Master's, and Doctoral degrees, Head of Administration, Heads of Sub-Sections, Head of the Secretariat of Undergraduate Departments/Study Programs, and Postgraduate administrators.
In his remarks, the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities at Hasanuddin University, Prof. Dr. Andi Muhammad Akhmar, SS, M.Hum., stated that the implementation of the E-Performance Application is a crucial step in enhancing performance management governance within the faculty. Through this application, each work unit is expected to be able to record, monitor, and evaluate performance in a more structured, transparent, and accountable manner.
This activity is also part of the faculty's efforts to support the implementation of a digital-based management system that is in line with Hasanuddin University's vision towards superior and modern higher education governance.
By completing the E-Performance Application, it is hoped that all work units in the Faculty of Cultural Sciences can be more optimal in implementing the tridharma of higher education, as well as supporting the achievement of institutional performance targets in a sustainable manner.
