Monitoring and Evaluation of Study Completion of Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Hasanuddin University, First Semester of 2025/2026 Academic Year

Makassar, October 9, 2025 – The Faculty of Cultural Sciences (FIB) of Hasanuddin University held a Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) meeting for Student Completion of Studies for all levels of education (Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral) in the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. This activity took place on Thursday, October 9, 2025, from 08:30–10:00 WITA in the Senate Meeting Room on the 2nd Floor of FIB Unhas.

The meeting was attended by the Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, the Head of GPM-PR, the Heads of Departments and Study Programs, the Head of the Administration Section, the Head of the Academic and Student Affairs Sub-Section, and the Heads of Department/Study Program Secretariats.

The main agenda of this activity is to evaluate the progress of student study completion in each study program. In his direction, the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, Prof. Dr. Andi Muhammad Akhmar, SS, M.Hum. , emphasized the importance of updating student study progress data in each department/study program to ensure effective monitoring and generate appropriate recommendations to support accelerated study completion.

This monitoring and evaluation activity is a follow-up to the letter from the Vice Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs of Hasanuddin University Number 54562/UN4.1.1/KM.00.03/2025 dated September 24, 2025 regarding the monitoring and evaluation schedule for student study completion at all levels of education.

With this activity, it is hoped that all study programs at the Faculty of Humanities, Hasanuddin University, will be more optimal in overseeing the completion of student studies, thereby improving academic quality and strengthening the faculty's commitment to achieving the vision and mission of Hasanuddin University.
