Intended Learning Outcomes of 2021 KPT Graduates
  1. Possess foundational knowledge in Informatics, encompassing core theories and concepts of Computer Science, Mathematics and Statistics, Algorithms and Programming, Software Engineering, Information Management, and Digital Resilience, as well as advanced knowledge in specialized areas of Informatics, such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Networks, Cloud Computing, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
  2. Possess fundamental knowledge of entrepreneurship, the basics of technology utilization, and the core principles of web-based system development.
  3. Capable of applying knowledge of Informatics combined with other disciplines to analyze and discover solutions for various computing-based problems.
  4. Capable of designing, implementing, and evaluating computing-based solutions by applying Informatics principles and software development fundamentals.
  5. Capable of fulfilling professional duties and responsibilities while upholding legal principles and ethical standards.
  6. Capable of functioning effectively as a leader or member of a team engaged in activities related to professional responsibilities.
  7. Capable of executing logical and systematic procedures to resolve problems, and communicating ideas convincingly and effectively, both orally and in writing, to propose solutions.
  8. Aware of the dynamic and evolving nature of Informatics technology, while demonstrating respect for diversity and differences.
Intended Learning Outcomes of 2023 KPT Graduates
  1. Have the fundamental knowledge of Computer Science, including algorithms, programming, software engineering, as well as mathematics and statistics, and are able to apply this knowledge in the process of solving computational problems.
  2. Have applied knowledge of software development technologies using state-of-the-art computing platforms to design and implement computing-based solutions that meet societal and industry needs, while considering entrepreneurial aspects.
  3. Analyze complex computational problems involving multiple components and levels of risk by applying principles of computing, communication, and design, and by integrating knowledge from other relevant disciplines to identify appropriate solutions.
  4. Design, implement, and evaluate computing-based solutions by applying Computer Science theories and fundamental software development principles, encompassing requirements analysis, modeling, implementation, and evaluation of systems and their components.
  5. Accomplish the tasks in accordance with professional responsibilities, and to make informed judgments and decisions in computing practices based on legal and ethical principles.
  6. Work effectively in teams, both as a leader and as a member, and to perform roles in managing individual tasks as well as collaborative performance in activities related to the program discipline.
  7. Communicate ideas and solutions effectively in oral and written forms using standard computing communication practices and English in professional contexts.
  8. Demonstrate the ability to continuously adapt to evolving Information Technology developments and to uphold ethical and professional values by respecting diversity of perspectives, cultures, ideas, and original works in computing practices.
