BDLP Unhas Attends Follow-up Meeting on Faculty of Vocational Studies Customer Satisfaction Survey Results
Makassar, January 9, 2026 — The Faculty of Vocational Studies, Hasanuddin University, held a Follow-Up Meeting on the Results of the Faculty's Customer Satisfaction Survey as an effort to improve the quality of educational services. The meeting was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Vice Deans, the Head of the Faculty's Quality Assurance Group (GPM), all Heads of Study Programs (Kaprodi) within the Faculty, the Head of Administration (KTU), and the Heads of Subdivisions.
The meeting focused on discussing the results of the student satisfaction survey on various aspects of educational services, including academic services, administration, facilities and infrastructure, and learning support. The survey results serve as a basis for joint evaluation to improve service quality and create an academic environment that is more responsive to student needs.
In their directives, the leadership of the Faculty of Vocational Studies emphasized the importance of utilizing the customer satisfaction survey as a strategic instrument in the internal quality assurance system. All student input and assessments are expected to be concretely followed up through improvements to policies, service procedures, and the performance of relevant work units.
The Head of the GPM of the Faculty of Vocational Studies presented a summary of the survey results, including aspects that were deemed positive and areas that still require improvement. Next, the heads of study programs and unit leaders shared their views and follow-up plans according to their respective scopes of work.
Through this meeting, the Faculty of Vocational Studies at Hasanuddin University reaffirmed its commitment to continuously evaluating and improving the quality of educational services. It is hoped that the follow-up results from this meeting will have a direct impact on student satisfaction and support the realization of superior, adaptive, and quality-oriented vocational education.
