Preparation for the New Academic Year, Vice Rector II Visits Selayar
SELAYAR – In preparation for the upcoming academic year, Vice Rector II of Universitas Hasanuddin conducted a working visit to Kepulauan Selayar to ensure the readiness of various academic and administrative support aspects on campus.
The visit aimed to review the preparedness of facilities and infrastructure, academic services, as well as coordination with the local government and study program administrators in Selayar. In addition, this agenda was part of efforts to strengthen the synergy between the university and the regional government in supporting the improvement of higher education quality in island regions.
During the visit, the Vice Rector II emphasized the importance of readiness across all campus elements so that the learning process can run optimally from the beginning of the semester. The preparations discussed included classroom facilities, student administrative services, the readiness of teaching staff, and other technical support.
“Early preparation is very important so that students can participate in the learning process comfortably and effectively. We hope that all parties will continue to collaborate in supporting the implementation of the new academic year,” he stated.
The campus management in Selayar welcomed the visit and expressed their commitment to continuously improving the quality of educational services for students. Through direct coordination with the university leadership, it is expected that various needs and challenges ahead of the new semester can be addressed promptly.
