The Aquaculture Technology and Fisheries Post-Harvest Study Program under the Applied Bachelor Program of the Faculty of Vocational Studies, Hasanuddin University, has once again achieved a proud milestone by successfully obtaining a Good Accreditation Rating from the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT).
The accreditation status was determined based on the Decree of the Director of the Executive Board of BAN-PT Number 8681/SK/BAN-PT/Ak/STr/XII/2025. This accreditation certificate is valid from 16 December 2025 until 16 December 2030.
This achievement serves as recognition of the commitment of the Aquaculture Technology and Fisheries Post-Harvest Study Program in delivering high-quality, professional vocational higher education that is oriented toward the needs of the workforce. Furthermore, the result indicates that the study program has met national education quality standards in aspects of governance, human resources, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, learning processes, research, and community service.
The Head of the Study Program stated that this success is the result of the hard work of the entire academic community, with strong support from university leadership, lecturers, educational staff, students, alumni, and collaborative partners who have continuously contributed to the development of the program.
With the attainment of the Good Accreditation status, the Aquaculture Technology and Fisheries Post-Harvest Study Program is increasingly optimistic about continuing to improve the quality of educational services, expanding partnership networks, producing outstanding and job-ready graduates, and contributing to the development of Indonesia’s fisheries and marine sectors.
This accomplishment also serves as motivation for the Study Program to continue innovating toward achieving even higher accreditation status in the future.
