PENGABDIAN KEPADA MASYARAKAT PASCASARJANA FAKULTAS ILMU BUDAYA UNIVERSITAS HASANUDDIN DI KABUPATEN SOPPENG
Soppeng – The Postgraduate Programme of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences at Hasanuddin University (FIB Unhas) carried out a Community Service initiative in Soppeng Regency, focusing on strengthening literacy to improve the quality of human resources.
The event, which took
place in the auditorium of the Soppeng Regency Education and Culture Office,
aimed to promote improvements in the community’s literacy skills, not only in
reading and writing, but also in critical thinking, communication, and the wise
use of information and technology.
Through this initiative, the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Hasanuddin (Unhas) aims to make a tangible contribution to the fields of education and culture by engaging the local community and stakeholders. Furthermore, this initiative serves as a platform for collaboration between the university and the local government in developing the community’s potential.
The Postgraduate
Programme at the Faculty of Humanities, University of Hasanuddin, hopes that
this event will raise public awareness of the importance of literacy and
support the development of human resources who are of a higher calibre, more
critical-thinking, and better able to adapt to the changing times.
