Registration for Master's Program (S2) Phase 1 for the Early Semester of the 2026/2027

Requirements: 

  • Hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited original study program or university with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • A Graduation Certificate (SKL) is permitted on the condition that a copy of the Original Diploma must be submitted to the Admissions Committee before the final re-registration deadline. Confirm via WA: 082194165656, 085343991587.
  • Ensure the chosen Admission Path is correct, as changing paths after the Selection Results Announcement Letter is issued is not permitted.
  • Never been declared Drop Out (DO) from Hasanuddin University at the same educational level 

Registration Schedule

  • Before making the registration fee payment, ensure you meet the requirements as there is no refund of the Registration Fee. Registration Fee is Rp. 750,000.-
  • Payment of the registration fee through the designated bank from March 2 to April 17, 2026, at 4:00 PM WITA 
  • Online form completion from  March 2 to April 17, 2026  https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id   
  • Document Verification from March 9 to April 18, 2026    
  • Printing of Exam ID Card from April 18 to 19, 2026
  • Network Connection Socialization  April 21, 2026 (1 hour before the exam)
  • Online Exam Implementation on April 21 & 23, 2026
  • Exam Materials: 
    • Academic Potential Test (TPA)
    • English Proficiency Test (EPT)
    • Interview
  • Exam Results Announcement on April 29, 2026 online via each participant's account.
  • Re-registration / Payment of Semester I UKT from April 30 to May 20, 2026.
  • Letter of Acceptance (LoA) can be downloaded via each participant's account in the  LoA Download menu
Requirements
  • Prospective master's program students must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited original study program or university.
  • A Graduation Certificate (SKL) is permitted on the condition that a copy of the Original Diploma must be submitted to the Admissions Committee before the final re-registration deadline.
  • Never been declared Drop Out (DO) from Hasanuddin University at the same educational level.
  • Specifically for the S2 Nursing Study Program, have a Nurse Registration Certificate (STR).
Registration Procedure
  1. Ensure you meet the requirements before making the registration fee payment, as there is no refund of the registration fee.
  2. Registration page https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id  
  3. Select Admission Path --> select Mandiri S2 / Mandiri S2 Regular Research Path / Mandiri S2 TRG Path
  4. Enter Mobile Phone Number / WhatsApp (WA)
  5. Enter Name as per Diploma without titles
  6. Click Register/print registration invoice
  7. Click payment instructions (Mobile Banking, ATM, Teller)
  8. Pay the registration fee of Rp. 750,000 (seven hundred fifty thousand rupiah) through the designated Bank from January 29 to February 5, 2026, at 4:00 PM WITA
  9. The Mobile Phone Number serves as the ID and the Access Code/PIN serves as the password printed on the payment receipt from the bank.

  15. On the Login Form Page: USERNAME enter the ID Number (Mobile Phone/WA No. used when paying) and PASSWORD enter the Access Code / PIN listed on the payment receipt.
  16. For participants who have paid and cannot log in with the access code from the bank, participants can contact the Helpdesk and send proof of payment to WA No.: 082194165656, 085343991587.

  19. Fill in Biodata carefully
  20. Upload documents:
    • Latest color passport photo (red background, clothing without attributes/logo)
    • ID Card (KTP)
    • Bachelor's Diploma (Ijazah S1)
    • Bachelor's Transcript (Transkrip S1)
    • Accreditation of the Original Study Program / University (undergraduate level) can be screenshotted from the BAN PT website.
    • Draft thesis research plan (maximum 10 pages, A4 size, Times New Roman, font 12, 1.5 spacing), consisting of introduction, problem formulation, research methods, and expected results;
    • A statement letter stating not registered as a student in any Study Program and not having Drop Out status at Hasanuddin University. Download format Statement Letter
    • Registration payment proof
  21. Printing of Exam ID Card is done after document verification by the New Student Admissions Committee and declared eligible, on April 18 to 19, 2026;
  22. Print the exam ID card in color on A4 paper by clicking the Validation Results/Print Card menu. 
  23. The printed color Exam ID Card must be shown to the Exam Proctor before the exam begins (for exam participant attendance). 
  24. Carefully read the information on the Exam ID Card regarding the day, date, time, and exam materials;
  25. For participants who have paid the registration fee but do not register online according to the schedule, the participant is declared disqualified and the registration fee is non-refundable.
Exam Implementation

The exam will be conducted Online with the following conditions:

  • Participants print the exam ID card according to the exam card printing schedule.
  • Participants prepare a Computer/Laptop. 
  • Participant's Mobile Phone is linked via Zoom.
  • The position of the Participant's Mobile Phone Camera is directed at the Computer Monitor and the Participant.  
  • Ensure a good Internet connection at your respective locations.
  • Login with your respective accounts on the page https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id
  • Participants must be ready 1 hour before the Exam begins.
  • The time used is Central Indonesia Time (WITA).
  • Monitoring/Attendance of Exam Participants via Zoom (must activate Audio and Mobile Phone Camera during the exam). 
  • Zoom ID and Password will be provided before the exam begins.
  • A network connection simulation will be conducted one day before the exam and must be attended by all participants.
  • The Exam Proctor will contact participants to join the Exam Room WA Group before the network connection simulation. Contact the helpdesk if participants have not been added to the Exam Room WA group.
