Master Program (S2) Registration Phase 2 for Early Semester Period 2026/2027
Requirements:
- Hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited study program or university with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- A Letter of Completion (SKL) is permitted on condition that the original diploma copy must be submitted to the PMB Committee before the final re-registration deadline. Confirmation via WhatsApp: 082194165656, 085343991587.
- Ensure the chosen Admission Path is correct, as changing paths after the announcement of selection results is not allowed
- Never been declared Drop Out (DO) from Hasanuddin University at the same level of education
Registration Schedule
- Before making the registration fee payment, ensure you meet the requirements as there will be no refund of registration fees. Registration Fee: Rp. 750,000,-
- Payment of registration fees through designated banks from May 14 to July 3, 2026, at 16:00 WITA
- Online form submission from May 14 to July 3, 2026, at 23:59 WITA https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id
- Document verification from May 18 to July 4, 2026
- Exam Card printing from July 3 to 4, 2026
- Network Connection Socialization on July 6, 2026

- Exam Results Announcement on July 14, 2026 online through each participant's account.
- Re-registration / Semester I Tuition Fee Payment from July 15 to 31, 2026.
- Letter of Acceptance (LoA) can be downloaded through each account in the Download LoA menu
Requirements
- Master program applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited study program or university
- A Letter of Completion (SKL) is permitted on condition that the original diploma copy must be submitted to the PMB Committee before the final re-registration deadline.
- Never been declared Drop Out (DO) from Hasanuddin University at the same level of education.
- Specifically for the Master of Nursing Study Program, applicants must have a Nurse Registration Certificate (STR).
Registration Procedure
- Ensure you meet the requirements before making the registration fee payment, as there is no refund of registration fees.
- Registration website https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id
- Select Admission Path --> select Mandiri S2 / Mandiri S2 Regular Research Path / Mandiri S2 TRG Path
- Enter your Mobile Phone (HP) / WhatsApp (WA) Number
- Enter your Name as per Diploma without title
- Click Register/Print registration invoice
- Click the payment procedure (Mobile Banking, ATM, Teller)
- Pay the registration fee of Rp. 750,000 (seven hundred fifty thousand rupiah) through designated banks from March 2 to May 1, 2026, at 16:00 WITA
- The mobile number serves as the ID and the Access Code/Pin Code serves as the password printed on the bank payment receipt

- On the Login Form Page: Enter USERNAME as the ID Number (the HP/WA number used during payment) and PASSWORD as the Access Code / Pin Code listed on the payment receipt
- For participants who have paid but cannot log in with the access code from the bank, contact Helpdesk and send proof of payment via WhatsApp No.: 082194165656, 085343991587.

Upload documents:
- Recent color photograph (red background, clothing without attributes/logos)
- ID Card (KTP)
- Bachelor's Diploma
- Bachelor's Transcript
- Accreditation of the Original Study Program / University (bachelor's level) can be screenshotted from the BAN PT website.
- Thesis research proposal draft (maximum 10 pages, A4 size, Times New Roman, font 12, 1.5 spacing), consisting of introduction, problem formulation, research methods, and expected results;
- Statement letter stating not registered as a student in any study program and not having Drop Out status at Hasanuddin University. Download the format Statement Letter
- Proof of registration payment
- Exam Card printing is done after document verification by the New Student Admission Committee and declared eligible, on July 3 to 4, 2026;
- Print the exam card in color on A4 paper by clicking the Validation Result/Print Card menu.
- The printed color Exam Card must be shown to the Exam Supervisor before the exam begins (participant attendance check)
- Carefully read the information on the Exam Card regarding the day, date, time, and exam materials;
- For participants who have paid the registration fee but do not register online according to the schedule, the participant is declared failed and the registration fee cannot be refunded.
Exam Implementation
The exam will be conducted online with the following provisions:
- Participants print the exam card according to the exam card printing schedule
- Participants prepare a Computer/Laptop
- Participants' mobile phones connected via Zoom.
- The position of the participant's mobile phone camera should be directed at the computer monitor and the participant
- Ensure a good internet connection at your respective locations
- Log in with your account on the website https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id
- Participants are ready 1 hour before the exam starts
- The time used is Central Indonesia Time (WITA)
- Monitoring/Attendance of Exam Participants via Zoom (required to activate Audio and Mobile Camera during the exam)
- Zoom ID and Password will be provided before the exam starts
- Network connection simulation will be conducted one day before the exam and must be attended by all participants.
- The Exam Supervisor will contact participants to join the WA Group of the Exam Room before the network connection socialization. Contact the helpdesk if participants have not been added to the WA Group of the Exam Room.
