Makassar, August 27, 2026 — The Master’s Program in Ocean Engineering at Hasanuddin University participated in the Workshop on the Completion and Measurement of Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL) organized by the Institute for Educational Development and Quality Assurance (LPMPP), Hasanuddin University, on Thursday, August 27, 2026.

The workshop was held at the Ballroom of Unhas Hotel & Convention, Makassar, starting at 1:00 p.m. WITA until completion. The activity was part of Hasanuddin University’s continuing efforts to improve the quality of teaching and learning and to strengthen the implementation of an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum across its academic programs.

The workshop focused on improving participants’ understanding and technical skills in completing, measuring, and evaluating Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL). CPL measurement is an important component of OBE implementation because it provides evidence of whether graduates have achieved the competencies defined in the curriculum, graduate profiles, stakeholder expectations, and higher education standards.

The participation of the Master’s Program in Ocean Engineering, Hasanuddin University, reflects the program’s commitment to continuously improving the quality of academic management, particularly in strengthening learning evaluation systems and implementing an outcomes-oriented curriculum.

Through this workshop, the results of CPL measurement are expected to serve as a basis for continuous improvement of the curriculum, teaching methods, assessment systems, and overall learning process within the Master’s Program in Ocean Engineering.

The activity also provided an important opportunity to strengthen the program’s readiness in academic documentation and quality assurance, while supporting the development of a more measurable, relevant, and competency-oriented learning system.
