Tujuan Program Studi
- To produce graduates who possess Mandarin language proficiency equivalent to international standards, with a minimum HSK Level 5, and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Chinese culture.
- To produce adaptive, well-rounded graduates who are prepared to compete in the global labor market and multinational industries, with distinctive competencies grounded in the Indonesian Maritime Continent.
- To produce high-quality and innovative scholarly works in the fields of Mandarin Language and Chinese Culture that contribute to the advancement of knowledge.
- To increase the number of collaborative research publications by faculty members and students in reputable national and international scholarly journals.
- To implement community engagement programs that directly contribute to enhancing Mandarin language proficiency and understanding of Chinese culture among educational institutions and the wider community.
- To provide professional consultation and expert services in Mandarin Language and Chinese Culture for government and private institutions.

Sasaran Program Studi
A. Education and Graduation
- At least 85% of graduates obtain an HSK Level 5 certificate prior to graduation certification.
- At least 80% of graduates secure employment in the global or multinational labor market within six months of graduation.
- At least 80% of students complete their studies within the standard study period of four years, with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
B. Research and Publications
- At least two high-quality scholarly works are produced by each faculty member annually.
- At least five collaborative faculty-student research publications are published annually in reputable journals (Sinta 1–3 / international journals).
C. Community Engagement and Professional Services
- At least two community engagement programs focusing on Chinese language and cultural literacy are implemented annually.
- Consultation service partnerships are established with at least two government or private institutions annually.
D. Partnerships and Collaboration
- At least three active partnerships are established with overseas universities in China or Taiwan.
- At least five active MoUs/MoAs are established with business and industrial sectors (DUDI) to support internship and graduate recruitment opportunities.
E. Governance and Quality Assurance
- Achieve the "Excellent" accreditation rating before 2026.
- The proportion of faculty members holding doctoral degrees (Ph.D.) reaches at least 60% by 2030.
