Every graduate of the UNHAS Undergraduate Study Program in Public Administration is equipped with specific competencies that distinguish them in the professional world, particularly an understanding of public governance based on the Indonesian Maritime Continent and bureaucratic digitalization:

Public Service & Digital Governance Specialist

Description:

Capable of managing and designing public service innovations and operating e-government systems that are transparent, inclusive, and user-friendly (including accessible to persons with disabilities).

Public Sector Administrator / Manager

Description:

Capable of managing the managerial functions of public organizations, human resource management, public finance, and risk management to realize efficient and accountable bureaucratic governance.

Junior Researcher

Description:

Capable of designing, conducting, and reporting social-governmental research using modern quantitative and qualitative methods, as well as manipulating digital data to support decision-making.

Public Policy Analyst (Policy Analyst)

Description:

Capable of identifying public issues, formulating evidence-based policy recommendations, and examining and evaluating policy impacts at the local, national, and archipelagic regional levels.

Lifelong Learner

Description:

Possesses high integrity, upholds bureaucratic ethics and local wisdom values (Latoa), and is prepared to continue education to the postgraduate level (Master's/Doctoral) both domestically and abroad.
