Policy and Governance Laboratory (POLiGOV) merupakan unit pelaksana teknis akademik dan pusat riset terpadu di bawah naungan Program Studi Sarjana Administrasi Publik, FISIP Universitas Hasanuddin. POLiGOV berfungsi sebagai wadah pengembangan inovasi kebijakan, riset kolaboratif, serta pendampingan tata kelola pemerintahan di tingkat lokal, nasional, hingga regional.
Policy Analysis & Design: Encompasses evidence-based policy analysis, the formulation of strategic policy recommendations, and the comprehensive evaluation of public policy impacts.
Digital & Local Governance: Conducts empirical research on the implementation of e-government, smart city initiatives, regional leadership, as well as governance innovations within local governments and archipelagic territories.
Public Sector Innovation: Focuses on the development of inclusive, participatory, and accountable public service delivery models.
Faculty & Student Research Center: Facilitates collaborative research initiatives, scholarly journal publication writing, and the preparation of undergraduate theses grounded in empirical bureaucratic and public policy issues.
Public Partnership & Consultancy: Provides strategic consultancy services, including the formulation of regional development planning documents (such as RPJMD/RKPD), the drafting of academic papers (naskah akademik), and the performance evaluation of government institutions.
Training & Instructional Laboratory: Functions as a facility for policy simulation, social and policy data analysis, and institutional capacity building for public sector practitioners, faculty members, and students.
