GEOFISIKA S1

SPECIALISATION

SOLID EARTH GEOPHYSICS

This field studies the structure and dynamics of the Earth's subsurface using geophysical methods to support resource exploration, geological hazard mitigation, and the understanding of tectonic processes.

GEOINFORMATICS

This field focuses on the management, analysis, and modeling of spatial data based on GIS, remote sensing, and geoscience data to support region-based decision making.

COASTAL AND OCEAN DYNAMICS

This field examines physical processes in coastal and marine areas, including waves, currents, tides, and their interactions with the coastal environment, as well as their implications for hazards and marine area management.

HYDROMETEOROLOGY

This field studies the interaction between atmospheric and hydrological processes, particularly related to rainfall, floods, droughts, and climate variability to support risk analysis and hydrometeorological disaster mitigation.
