Today, Monday, August 4, 2025, a very insightful and strategic academic discussion took place with the theme "Collaborative Talk: Mastering Systematic Literature Review A Methodological Guide for Impactful Critical Appraisal in Administrative Science Research", which was held in the Smartroom Administrative Science Research at 10:00–12:00 WIB.

This activity presented the main speaker Dr. Asiyah Kassim, as Head of Postgraduate Studies Affairs, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia, and was moderated by Sri Nurindah Sari Arsyad, S.Sos, MAP, Research Assistant at the Public Policy and Management Laboratory.

This discussion explored the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) in depth, from its introduction, its importance in academia, to its implementation methodology using the PRISMA and ROSES approaches. Dr. Asiyah emphasized that SLR is one of the main assets for students, especially at the postgraduate level, in compiling scientific articles, theses, and dissertations.

"SLR is an important methodology that is not only a one-time use, but can be used repeatedly as a framework in scientific publishing," said Dr. Asiyah in her presentation session.

This activity is part of the Thematic Research Group (TRG) initiative chaired by Prof. Gita Susanti, M.Si, in collaboration with Dr. Asiyah Kassim as an external researcher.

The aim of this activity is to provide students and young researchers with understanding and methodological skills to be able to produce quality publications through a systematic, critical, and impactful SLR approach.

With the Hybrid method (offline & online), this event succeeded in reaching participants from various academic circles, especially Masters and Doctoral students, as well as lecturers who are preparing scientific publications.

We hope that today's discussion can serve as a strong reference and starting point for participants in compiling relevant, accurate, and high-quality publications in the field of administrative science.
