Improving Academic Quality, the BMKT Study Program, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Hasanuddin University, Undergoes Internal Quality Audit by the Institute for Learning Development and Educational Quality Assurance (LPMPP)

Makassar, September 19, 2025 — The Mandarin Language and Chinese Culture (BMKT) Study Program, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Hasanuddin University, received an Internal Quality Audit (AMI) Visitation from the Institute for Learning Development and Educational Quality Assurance (LPMPP) Unhas on Thursday, September 19, 2025, at the BMKT Study Program room, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Hasanuddin University.

The audit team for this visit consisted of Prof. Dr. Yusring Sanusi B, S.S., M.App.Ling., and Dr. Kaharuddin, M.Hum., who were tasked with evaluating various aspects of the internal quality assurance system within the study program.

This Internal Quality Audit aims to ensure that the implementation of academic and non-academic activities in the BMKT Study Program is in accordance with the quality standards established by Hasanuddin University. Furthermore, this activity also provided a platform for study programs to reflect on and continuously improve their educational management, learning, and academic governance.

In the opening session, representatives from the BMKT Study Program presented a report on academic achievements, curriculum implementation, and various innovations implemented to support adaptive and high-quality Mandarin Chinese learning. The audit team then reviewed quality documentation, interviewed study program managers, and inspected supporting facilities and infrastructure.

The audit proceeded smoothly and was filled with constructive discussions. The audit team provided several recommendations for strengthening the documentation system and increasing the effectiveness of the implementation of academic quality standards at the study program level.

Through this activity, the Mandarin Language and Chinese Culture Study Program affirmed its commitment to maintaining and continuously improving the quality of education, in line with Hasanuddin University's vision to become an internationally renowned university excelling in the development of science, technology, and culture.
