Goals of the Study Program

In general, the Veterinary Paramedics Study Program aims to provide high-quality higher education in order to produce graduates who excel in the field of animal health services. In line with its mission, the Applied Bachelor Program in Veterinary Paramedics has established the following objectives:

1.     To produce graduates of the Applied Bachelor Program in Veterinary Paramedics who are professional, skilled, competent, noble in character, entrepreneurial, and adaptive in the field of veterinary paramedics.

2.     To develop relevant applied research and innovation in animal health to support sustainable veterinary paramedic services based on technology and local wisdom.

3.     To establish effective human resource management in veterinary paramedics in order to deliver quality services in the field of animal health, particularly through community service that prioritizes animal welfare for the welfare of the Indonesian people.

4.     To build strategic partnerships with the animal health industry, livestock sector, government, and educational institutions to strengthen networks and enhance the relevance of vocational education, while producing graduates with an entrepreneurial spirit in animal health services through the integration of digital technology and innovation, enabling them to become independent entrepreneurs.


Objectives of the Study Program

1.     Achievement of the target number of students graduating on time.

2.     Achievement of the target number of graduates obtaining employment within less than six (6) months after graduation.

3.     Graduates are able to occupy strategic positions in animal health services, animal care, and the veterinary technology industry.

4.     The number of applied research projects conducted by lecturers and students increases by 10% compared to the previous period.

5.     An increase in the number of scientific publications and innovative products related to sustainable animal health based on technology and local wisdom.

6.     Implementation of internship, research, and community service programs in the field of animal health through collaboration with various stakeholders.

7.     The number of strategic partnerships with industry, government, and educational institutions increases by up to three new partners per year.

8.     The percentage of graduates becoming entrepreneurs in animal health services and veterinary technician fields reaches 15% within three years after graduation.

9.     Development of an animal health business incubator program, accompanied by an increase in the number of animal health service practitioners based on technology and local wisdom.
