HMGF FMIPA Unhas held the Academic Community Gathering (TCA) as a platform to strengthen synergy among students, lecturers, and education staff of the Department of Geophysics.

Makassar, 1 April 2026 – The Geophysics Students Association, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Hasanuddin University (HMGF FMIPA Unhas) successfully held the Academic Community Gathering (Temu Civitas Akademika – TCA). The event was designed as a forum for friendship and strategic discussion, bringing together all elements of the academic community within the Department of Geophysics, including lecturers, education staff, and students across different cohorts.

Carrying the theme "One Voice Among the Academic Community of the Department of Geophysics FMIPA Unhas in Strengthening Synergy and Driving Better Change," this year’s TCA emphasized the importance of collective collaboration in creating a conducive, innovative, and sustainable academic environment.

The event was officially opened by the Head of the Department of Geophysics FMIPA Unhas. In his speech, he conveyed that TCA represents a tangible manifestation of the department's commitment to building close and synergistic communication among lecturers, education staff, and students.

With the successful holding of this TCA, it is hoped that more open communication and stronger synergy will be fostered among the academic community, ultimately driving the realization of positive change for the Department of Geophysics FMIPA Unhas in the future.
