Department of Statistics, FMIPA Unhas Introduces Three Study Programs in FMIPA Unhas and East Kalimantan Provincial Government Collaboration Event

The Department of Statistics, FMIPA Universitas Hasanuddin participated in a collaboration event between FMIPA Unhas and the East Kalimantan Provincial Government held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
This activity is one of the efforts to strengthen institutional relationships between universities and local governments, particularly in supporting human resource development, education, research, and the use of data in development planning.
During the event, the Department of Statistics, FMIPA Unhas introduced three study programs under its auspices, namely the Bachelor's Program in Statistics, the Master's Program in Statistics, and the Master's Program in Data Science. This introduction aims to provide information regarding the profile, scope of knowledge, and potential contributions of the Department of Statistics in developing human resource capacity in the fields of statistics and data science.
Through this activity, the Department of Statistics, FMIPA Unhas hopes to expand collaboration opportunities with the East Kalimantan Provincial Government, whether in the fields of education, research, training, or community service.
