Faculty of Cultural Sciences (FIB) Hasanuddin University Holds SIPANTAU Application Implementation to Strengthen Academic Service Digitalization
On Friday, November 21, 2025, the Faculty of Cultural Sciences (Faculty of Humanities) at Hasanuddin University held a SIPANTAU application implementation event attended by resource person Dr. Hendra, S.Si., M.Kom., as well as all heads of departments and undergraduate, master's, and doctoral study programs, heads of secretariats, faculty representatives, and students. The event was opened by the Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, Dr. Ilham, S.S., M.Hum., who emphasized that digitizing the final project process through SIPANTAU is a strategic step in increasing the effectiveness, speed, and accountability of academic services within the Faculty of Cultural Sciences.
In his presentation, Dr. Hendra, S.Si., M.Kom. from the Education Transformation and Learning Innovation Department at Hasanuddin University provided a technical explanation regarding the use of SIPANTAU and the importance of technology integration to simplify the final project administration process. He emphasized that this system allows for real-time monitoring of every stage, from title submission and verification, to supervisor appointment, guidance monitoring, and exam preparation, making it easier for both students and program administrators.
Participants were also given the opportunity to experience the application's user interface to ensure optimal implementation at the program level. Through this activity, the Faculty of Humanities (FIB) at Hasanuddin University (Unhas) reaffirmed its commitment to continuously modernizing academic services and supporting the accelerated completion of students' final assignments through the use of an integrated and more transparent digital system.
