International Students and Participants of the 2+2 Joint Degree Program at Hasanuddin University and Nanchang University Participate in an Autumn Outing at the Jiangxi Provincial Museum
On November 8, 2025, the School of International Education at Nanchang University hosted an Autumn Outing for international students from Nanchang University. The event took place at the Jiangxi Provincial Museum and involved 45 participants, including 2025 International Chinese Language Teacher Scholarship recipients from Spain, Indonesia, and Egypt, students from the 2+2 joint degree program at Hasanuddin University, Indonesia, and postgraduate students of International Chinese Language Education. The event aimed to provide students with hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of Jiangxi's history and culture.
The visit featured an engaging treasure hunt inside the museum. The students were divided into groups and provided them with pictures of artifacts to find in the exhibition halls. Each group competed to complete the mission while learning historical information related to the artifacts. Through this game, students not only observed historical objects but also actively engaged in exploration, discussion, and teamwork.
The fun, competitive atmosphere heightened participants' enthusiasm for exploring the museum. They were able to understand Jiangxi's cultural heritage in a more interactive and memorable way. In addition to broadening their knowledge, this activity also strengthened bonds between students from various countries, fostering warm and enthusiastic cross-cultural communication.
This "秋游活动" activity was a success and left a lasting impression on all participants. Through a creative and experiential learning approach, international students gained a valuable opportunity to explore Chinese culture while enjoying a shared atmosphere. The School of International Education, Nanchang University, hopes that similar activities can continue to enrich students' learning experiences in the future.
