Unhas Holds AI Implementation Sharing Session, Mandarin Study Program Lecturers Strengthen Learning Insights

Lecturers from the Mandarin Language and Chinese Culture Study Program attended the Sharing Session "Implementation of AI in Learning" held at the Prof. Dr. H. Baharuddin Lopa Building, Faculty of Law, Hasanuddin University, on Thursday (11/12/2025). Educators from various faculties and study programs participated in this event to strengthen their understanding of the use of artificial intelligence technology in the educational process.

The sharing session featured speakers from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) who presented the latest developments in AI and opportunities for its integration into academic activities. Topics covered ethical aspects of AI use, institutional policies, and strategies for implementing technology to create a safe, effective, and responsible learning process. Participants also received explanations about potential challenges, including data security and academic integrity.

Through this activity, the lecturers from the Mandarin Language and Chinese Culture Study Program gained new insights that they hope to apply to classroom teaching and learning. The implementation of AI is expected to support learning innovation, improve teaching quality, and enrich students' learning experiences, making them more adaptable to technological developments. Therefore, study programs continuously strive to improve academic quality in line with the needs and dynamics of the digital era.
