Department of Statistics Coordination Meeting: End-of-Semester Evaluation and Preparation for the 2026/2027 Academic Program

The Department of Statistics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Hasanuddin University, held a Departmental Coordination Meeting on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. The event took place in the Department of Statistics Meeting Room from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM WITA and was attended by lecturers and administrative staff of the Department of Statistics.
The meeting was held to evaluate the implementation of teaching and learning during the Final Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year, as well as to prepare various academic programs for the Early Semester of the 2026/2027 Academic Year.
One of the main agenda items was the evaluation of learning for the 2025/2026 Final Semester, which included an evaluation of the measurement results of Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL) and the results of learning questionnaires. This evaluation was carried out as material for improving and enhancing the quality of the teaching and learning process within the Department of Statistics.
The meeting also discussed the preparation of course portfolios for the 2025/2026 Final Semester, preparations for teaching and learning in the 2026/2027 Early Semester, and revisions to the Semester Learning Plans (RPS) for the upcoming semester. The discussion was aimed at ensuring that learning documents, implementation methods, and course evaluation systems could be prepared more systematically and in line with academic needs.
In addition to academic matters, the meeting also addressed preparations for the Campus Life Introduction Program for New Students (PKKMB) for the Bachelor's Program in Statistics at the departmental level for the 2026/2027 Academic Year. Coordination was carried out to ensure the readiness of materials, division of tasks, and the series of activities to be provided to new students.
This activity supports the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4, Quality Education. The evaluation of learning, measurement of CPL, preparation of course portfolios, and revision of RPS are part of ongoing efforts to improve the quality of the educational process.
Through this coordination meeting, the Department of Statistics seeks to ensure that the results of the previous semester's evaluation can be concretely followed up in planning for the next semester. This activity is also part of the department's commitment to improving academic quality, learning governance, and services to students.
