Socialization of the Veterinary Paramedic Study Program, Faculty of Vocational Studies, Unhas, at SMAN 6 East Luwu

On Friday, February 14, 2025, a socialization activity for the Veterinary Paramedic Study Program, Faculty of Vocational Studies, Hasanuddin University, was held at UPT SMAN 6 East Luwu. The activity was delivered directly by one of the lecturers of the Veterinary Paramedic Study Program, drh. Mirna Mualim, M.Si.

This socialization aimed to introduce the Veterinary Paramedic Study Program in greater detail as one of Hasanuddin University’s leading vocational programs. During the activity, drh. Mirna presented the study program profile, graduate career opportunities, and the advantages offered through its practice-based learning process.

The event was attended enthusiastically by Grade XII students and accompanied by their parents. The interaction throughout the activity was dynamic, marked by the many questions raised regarding career prospects in the field of veterinary paramedics and opportunities to continue higher education at the Faculty of Vocational Studies, Unhas.

Through this activity, it is hoped that students and parents will gain broader insight into the important role of veterinary paramedics in maintaining animal health and welfare, as well as supporting food security and public health.
